HubSpot's new CTAs tool is launching into Public Beta available to Marketing Hub and Hubspot CMS Professional and Enterprise customers.

Hubspot is building a dedicated workspace for sales reps that consolidates the entire prospecting experience in HubSpot. This feature is in the Public Beta stage of development.

It's a revolutionary workspace that streamlines your entire prospecting experience. This state-of-the-art tool enhances productivity by providing an efficient and organised approach to your daily activities. By highlighting important and new tasks, you will stay focused and engaged.

The all-new prospecting workspace grants each user access to a personal summary tab, providing reps with a clear view of their goals and progress. When integrated with HubSpot's calendar, sales reps can  see upcoming meetings and available time slots to tackle outstanding tasks.

The summary page empowers sales reps to take action and achieve results efficiently. Outstanding tasks and daily sequences are easily accessible, allowing reps to jump into work and make progress hassle-free. 

The new prospecting workspace can be accessed in HubSpot's top nav under Sales > Prospecting.

The prospecting workspace is now available in public beta. Bear in mind that the workspace can only be accessed by users with a paid seat on Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise.


4. AI Location Formatting Suggestions

Within the data quality formatting issues tool, Hubspot now provides AI-powered location formatting suggestions for contacts and companies.

Most organisations receive location data (Country, State/Region, Timezone, Postcode) in different formats and it can often be difficult to accurately create reports, lists or trigger automation. These are our top picks for May 2023 updates occurring in your portal. We still have our eye on the Integrated Payments Solution which is currently being rolled out in the USA only so far, but the feature set looks very strong, enabling users to add payment links to forms, quotations and manage subscriptions, all directly from within Hubspot CRM.
