Quick answer: From 1 October 2026, HubSpot is rolling out a new pricing model across EMEA for new portals and users only. The 73 existing SKUs are being consolidated into 23, with pricing built around three components: an Edition (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise), a number of seats, and usage-based credits or packs. Existing customers remain on their current pricing model for now, with no confirmed migration date.
If you've ever tried to explain HubSpot's pricing structure to a colleague without reaching for a whiteboard, you're not alone. Separate hubs, tiered editions, and contact-based pricing have made HubSpot powerful but notoriously complex to budget for. That's about to change—at least for new customers.
From 1 October 2026, HubSpot is introducing a simplified pricing model across the EMEA region. According to HubSpot, the goal is threefold: align with how other SaaS platforms price their products, simplify the buying process, and improve transparency around costs. In practice, that means cutting the number of SKUs from 73 down to just 23.
This change applies exclusively to new portals and new users. If you're already a HubSpot customer, nothing changes for you yet—more on that below. But if you're evaluating HubSpot for the first time after October 2026, here's exactly what you'll be looking at.
How does HubSpot's new pricing model work?
The new model is built around three simple decisions, rather than dozens of hub-and-tier combinations.
Step 1: Choose your Edition. New users select from Starter, Pro, or Enterprise, each aimed at a different stage of business growth:
- Starter – designed for small teams of up to 10 users and 5,000 contacts.
- Pro – built for growing teams managing up to 50,000 contacts.
- Enterprise – suited to large organisations with 50,000+ contacts.
Step 2: Choose your number of seats. Rather than paying per hub, pricing is now built around GTM (go-to-market) seats and Ops seats.
Step 3: Choose your credits and usage packs. This covers the actual activity you'll run through HubSpot—emails sent, workflow actions triggered, and AI agent usage.
This shift from a hub-based model to a seat-and-credit model is arguably the biggest change. Previously, accessing Pro-level features often meant purchasing a Pro subscription for each separate hub (Marketing, Sales, Service, and so on). Under the new structure, one Pro seat gives access to Pro-level features across the platform. Instead, usage of specific capabilities—like sending volumes of marketing emails or running automated workflows—is metered separately through credit packs.
What are HubSpot's new seat prices?
At launch, HubSpot's EMEA seat pricing is set as follows, prices per month, per seat, subject to VAT :
| Seat Type | Price |
| Starter GTM Seat | €20.00 / $20.00 / £18.00 |
| Pro GTM Seat | €100.00 / $100.00 / £90.00 |
| Enterprise GTM Seat | €175.00 / $175.00 / £155.00 |
| Pro Ops Seat | €50.00 / $50.00 / £44.00 |
Each Edition also comes with a bundle of included HubSpot Credits: Starter includes 5,000, Pro includes 10,000, and Enterprise includes 15,000.
How do HubSpot's usage packs and credits work?
Once you've picked your Edition and seats, usage is covered either through pay-as-you-go (PAYG) pricing or discounted credit packs. HubSpot has confirmed that credit packs work out cheaper than PAYG rates, making them the sensible choice for predictable usage. Prices prices per month, subject to VAT.
Workflow Actions Packs
| Tier | Volume | Price |
| Starter | Not available | - |
| Growth | 500,000 actions | 150.00 Euro / $150.00 / £135.00 |
| Scaled | 500,000,000 actions | 900.00 Euro / $900.00 / £790.00 |
Email Sending Packs
| Tier | Volume | Price |
| None | 0 | 0 |
| Small | 2,000 sends | €200.00 / $200.00 / £175.00 |
| Medium | 10,000 sends | €1,000 / $1,000 / £870.00 |
| Large | 100,000 sends | €3,000 / $3,000 / £2,610.00 |
| X-Large | 1,000,000 sends | €6,000 / $6,000 / £5,220.00 |
Worth noting: there's no automatic bump to the next tier if you exceed your pack. Teams will need to monitor usage and proactively upgrade, or ask themselves - do we really need to send this email this month!
Agents Packs
| Tier | Credits | Price |
| Base | 2,500 credits | €25.00 / $25.00 / £22.00 |
| Growth | 40,000 credits | €400.00 / $400.00 / £350.00 |
| Scaled | 150,000 credits | €1,500 / $1,500 / £1,310.00 |
Why is HubSpot capping usage instead of bundling everything into one price?
This is where the new model gets genuinely interesting for finance teams.
By separating seats from usage, HubSpot is giving businesses the ability to fix and cap budgets upfront. Choose your seats, choose your credit packs, and you know exactly what you're spending each month—no surprise overages creeping in from one hub suddenly scaling usage.
For finance departments used to reconciling unpredictable SaaS spend, this level of predictability is likely to be a welcome change. It also means smaller businesses aren't forced to pay for multiple Pro hub subscriptions just to unlock the features they actually need.
What does this mean if you're already a HubSpot customer?
If you're an existing HubSpot user, there's no need to act.
Current customers cannot yet log into the new pricing model, and HubSpot has not announced a migration timeline. Existing customers will remain on their current pricing structure for the foreseeable future.
That said, it's worth keeping an eye on HubSpot's official communications, since pricing model transitions of this scale are rarely permanent for existing customers.
Is HubSpot's new pricing model good value for new customers?
For new customers joining HubSpot after 1 October 2026, this model represents a genuinely more accessible entry point.
Choose a lower-cost Starter or Pro seat if you're a smaller team wanting access to Pro-level features without committing to multiple hub subscriptions. Choose Enterprise if you're managing large contact volumes and need the highest tier of capability from day one.
The simplification from 73 SKUs to 23!! also makes comparing HubSpot against other SaaS platforms considerably easier—a long-standing criticism of HubSpot's previous pricing approach.
What should new HubSpot customers do next?
If you're considering HubSpot for the first time, start by mapping your expected usage—email volumes, workflow automation needs, and AI agent requirements—against the credit pack pricing above. This will give you a realistic monthly cost before you commit to an Edition and seat count. For growing teams unsure whether Starter or Pro fits best, it's worth speaking directly with HubSpot's sales team to model out a few scenarios based on your actual contact volumes and usage patterns.
