This feature allows you to generate Invoices (directly from Sales Quotes created in Hubspot) directly within Hubspot. Additionally, Hubspot Invoices can be customised to fit your branding and include any relevant terms and conditions. 

Payment Reminders

Quickbooks / Xero Integration

Hubspot Invoices also offers integration with popular accounting software such as Quickbooks and Xero. This allows for seamless syncing of invoices and payments, making it easier to keep track of your financial records. Although currently (Apr 24) syncing Hubspot invoices to Xero is possible in the UK it is not yet possible with QB, although we are sure this will come. In the USA, workflows can be created in Hubspot workflows (Pro Hubs) to trigger invoices to be created automatically in Quickbooks so we are confident this will arrive in the UK soon('ish). Tracking externally created invoices (QB/Xero) within Hubspot and Contact records, does currently work and makes it very easy to identify late payments within the Hubspot platform. 

Hubspot Payment Links

This new feature within Hubspot Commerce allows you to easily request payment from customers, streamlining your sales process and improving cash flow. Payment Links can be added to product pages for e-commerce transactions and can be added to event, membership or content download forms enabling seamless transactions from a single location.

Hubspot Quotes

Utilising the Hubspot Product Library makes it incredibly fast and simple to create Sales Quotes within Hubspot. We frequently use this feature ourselves and have found that it significantly streamlines the process of generating sales quotes and sending them to customers, which in turn has increased conversion rates and reduced the conversion time. The ability to easily add payment links and convert them to invoices further enhances efficiency.

Hubspot Products

Another valuable tool for sales teams is the Hubspot Products feature. This enables businesses to effortlessly oversee and monitor their products/services, establishing a centralised database accessible to all team members.
