ISCE Sound Measurement Techniques Course - Last Places Remaining

The ISCE has today announced there are just a few places remaining on its Sound Measurement Techniques Course which will be presented by Peter Mapp HonFInstSCE, on 30 October 2019 at Doubletree by Hilton Hotel, Reading.

Peter Mapp is renowned for his down to earth and pragmatic approach to sound system design and acoustics and also for his relaxed style of lecturing. In this course there will be live demonstrations and hands-on sessions where participants get to make their own measurements.

Topics covered will include how sound level meters work, noise measurement terminology, direct and reverberant soundfield analysis, critical distance and its importance in sound system measurement and many other topics involving the use of acoustic measurement and apps.

If you are involved in the installation and testing of sound systems or voice alarm systems, this course is recommended for you. ISCE training courses are CPD accredited and this new course will run from 09:30 until 5:00pm on Wednesday 3oth October 2019.

Bookings are open for non-ISCE members and members alike and can be made online via the ISCE website.
