Here's the Latest Updates for HubSpot Which We Love and Why They Matter. Some of these have been rolled out automatically and others will appear in the coming days, weeks and months in your portal. (We're still awaiting the rollout of Hubspot's payment processor in the UK - so in the meantime use Stripe to add payments links, subscriptions etc). If you have any questions about any of these updates get in touch.
Receive instant sales notifications through HubSpot's notification platform rather than the old chrome extension method. With Google's new requirements, it's important to make a one-time update to ensure uninterrupted delivery of email opens, clicks, document views, contact and company revisits.
If you rely on real-time sales notifications, you will need to make a one-time update to ensure you continue to receive notifications via HubSpot:
• Set up HubSpot browser notifications, and ensure push notifications are enabled for your browser
• Turn on notifications from the HubSpot chrome extension settings page
• (Optionally) Choose which activity types (email opens, clicks, document views, lead, and prospect revisits) to be notified about. Once HubSpot notifications are configured for sales activity, customers will begin receiving sales notifications as usual.
This update is available to all HubSpot users regardless of plan.
You can now create coloured deal tags, making it easier to visually scan the 'deals' board view and know which deals to prioritise. Super admins can create up to ten (10) deal tags, each based on a set of conditions. Deal tags will appear on board cards when those conditions are met.
By using these tags, sales teams can streamline their processes and focus on what's essential – building relationships with prospects, closing deals, and driving revenue. If you haven't tried coloured deal tags yet, give them a shot! You might be surprised at how much they can help.

Companies often have diverse audiences with varying needs, which can make it difficult to find all of the answers within their website. This can result in confusion and high customer support volumes.
Hubspot Service Hub Enterprise has a solution! Users can now create multiple Knowledge Bases to cater to different customer segments and needs, making articles more targeted and effective. This update allows for easier navigation and creation of additional Knowledge Bases within the tool. These can also be accessed from within Hubspot's Chatflows - Live Chat module for websites.
