Spoiler alert: we didn’t need to be fluent in French to make it work!

We were approached by a Swiss-based client with a relatively straightforward request—a landing page that could effectively communicate their services to both French and English-speaking users. HubSpot’s multi-language landing page features were the perfect fit for their needs.

But there was one small hiccup... While the team here at The Growth Agency has dabbled with “Je m'appelle” and “où est la gare”, we aren’t exactly fluent French speakers. This raised the question—how could we effectively craft this page without risking any embarrassing translation errors?
After some initial research and brainstorming, we came up with a plan to tackle the challenge of creating multi-language pages.
Once we were happy with the content, we used HubSpot's multi-language page feature to create a French version of our landing page. Then, we swapped out the original copy with our carefully polished French text.
